Sourdough Mixed Rye Bread - 10 Loaves per Case
This loaf of sourdough rye bread is made with 50% organic whole rye flour and 50% organic wheat flour. Our over 30-year-old sourdough cultures give this bread it’s distinctive and hearty, artisan texture, flavour. The long fermentation process we use improves the digestibility of the bread compared to that of conventionally, yeast-only raised bread.

This is a fresh product with a short shelf life and therefore will not be shipped Thursday or Friday in order to avoid weekend interruption of shipment. For out of province shipment we reserve the right to contact customer for extra shipping charges.
