Our Hot Cross Buns are sourdough leavened, they contain no added sugar and are low sodium! We bake them with organic wheat and locally grown organic spelt flour. Organic raisins, a fine blend of cinnamon and spices make them a delicious, health conscious breakfast choice.
Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Raisins, Sunflower Oil, Sea Salt, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Yeast, Sourdough (Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Water, Natural Bacterial Culture).
Ingrédients: Farine de blé, farine de blé entier, eau, raisins secs, huil de tournesol, sel marin, cannelle, clous de girofle, muscade, levure, levain (farine de blé entier, eau, culture bactérienne naturelle).
This is a seasonal and fresh product with a short shelf life and therefore will not be shipped Thursday or Friday in order to avoid weekend interruption of shipment.
